-Minors must always be accompanied by an adult when on the property.

 

-Dogs must always be supervised by an adult when on the property and cannot be left alone on the premises. Only 2 pets are allowed. Guests must pick-up after their pets and use the outside trash bin to depose of the waste.  There is a $50 pick-up fee for waste left behind.

 

-We ask that dogs don’t go on the furniture, however, as dog owners, we understand this can be challenging. If your dogs are on the furniture, please use the dog blankets to protect the furniture (for beds they are in the bedroom wardrobes and the one for the couch is in the doggie welcome basket left out for your convenience).

-Please return all keys to their original locations.  There is a $50 fee per each key not returned.

 

-Don’t not use dyes, self-tanners, make-up, nail polish etc. on or around the linens and towels.

 

-No Candles or open flame. Use only the provided propane fire table.

 

- County noise ordinances have quiet hours beginning at 10:00pm. 

 

-Please only use the designated beach towels on the beach.  The white house towels should not be taken outside of the dwellings.

 

-Take care of the furnishings. You must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.

-Contents, furnishings, décor (and placement of), may change and does not constitute grounds for cancelation.

 

-Please do your dishes and take the trash out.  All dog waste and any crab shells should be deposited in the outside trash bin only.

 

-We provide kayaks (weather permitting), bikes, crab pots and gear (during crab season).  All equipment provided is to be used at your own risk on and off the premises. Please use the appropriate safety equipment.  You will need a crab license if you plan to go crabbing.

 

-Please watch your step. There may be some uneven spots on the property. 

 

-The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises/premises’ property (on or off-site) regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

 

-Tenant(s) expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenant(s), and that Tenant(s) should purchase their own insurance for Tenant(s) and Guest(s) if such coverage is desired.

 

-There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
